This stunning image of Cigar was taken right after he won The Arlington Citation Challenge. This race was created specifically for Cigar to see if he could tie Citation's winning streak of 16 races in a row, and right before this picture he did exactly that. Horse of the Year in 1995 and 1996 Cigar is one of the most outstanding runners the business has ever had. Showcasing the horses' finesse and fortitude, Tony captured one of the most unique portraits of the champion ever taken.
